The Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2018-2028
The Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWS) 2018 – 2028 is our aspirational plan which sets out how we will work together to maximise the wellbeing and health of Northumberland residents and reduce inequalities over the next ten years.
This is a document which has been produced jointly by Northumberland County Council and NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (now the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board) which ultimately sits with the council’s Health and Wellbeing Board as one of our key responsibilities.
