What to do if a ticket machine is not working.
We regularly maintain our ticket machines. Sometimes, faults are unavoidable.
Check for other ticket machines nearby to purchase a pay and display ticket.
Telephone: 0345 600 6400 to report the fault.
Include:
- the fault description (for example, not accepting cards)
- location
- ticket machine number
You could buy a ticket using the PayByPhone service. Information on this will be displayed on ticket machines and throughout the car park.

A Penalty Charge Notice (parking fine) may still be issued.
