Complaints, compliments and suggestions

Complaints, compliments and suggestions

How to make a complaint, compliment a member of staff or service and make suggestions about something you feel we could do to improve our service.

Make a complaint

Our staff are here to help. In some cases, we may be able to resolve your complaint with the relevant service without having to go through our formal corporate complaint policy.

You can make a complaint on behalf of yourself or someone else.

If we can deal with the issue within 24 hours and you are happy with the outcome, an informal resolution will be recorded rather than going through our formal complaints process.

Find out about our step by step corporate complaints policy (PDF)

Our corporate complaints policy does not cover the following:

  • explanations of policy or practice
  • an issue which is being dealt with by court or a tribunal
