With Storm Eowyn due to hit our region on Friday, January 24, please plan ahead and check our social media channels and website to save a wasted journey. Our HWRCs can close at very short notice.If the HWRCs are closed and you have a permit, please note they can be used at your appointment time at an alternative HWRC that is still open.Alternatively, they are valid for 5 days after your appointment date.So for sites that are open 7 days a week, permits booked for Saturday but cannot be used due to the sites being closed due to bad weather, they are valid on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.For sites that are open 4 days a week, permits booked for Saturday but cannot be used due to the sites being closed due to bad weather, they are valid on Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
