Based on the most recent weather forecast we plan to carry out gritting from 4:00pm on Tuesday 21st January 2025 on the following routes: Allendale, Alnwick 1, Alnwick 2, Alnwick 3, Alnwick 4, Bearl 1, Bearl 2, Bearl 3, Bearl 4, Bearl 5, Bearl 6, Bellingham 1, Bellingham 2, Berwick 1, Berwick 2, Cowley 1, Cowley 2, Cowley 3, Cowley 4, Cowley 5, Haltwhistle 1, Haltwhistle 2, Morpeth 1, Morpeth 2, Morpeth 3, Otterburn 1, Otterburn 2 and Rothbury. Then from 04:00am on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 on the following routes: Allendale, Alnwick 1, Alnwick 2, Alnwick 3, Alnwick 4, Bearl 1, Bearl 2, Bearl 3, Bearl 4, Bearl 5, Bearl 6, Bellingham 1, Bellingham 2, Berwick 1, Berwick 2, Cowley 1, Cowley 2, Cowley 3, Cowley 4, Cowley 5, Haltwhistle 1, Haltwhistle 2, Morpeth 1, Morpeth 2, Morpeth 3, Otterburn 1, Otterburn 2 and Rothbury. Tonight, will be dry and mainly clear. A few clouds will move in from the southwest later but there will still be clear spells and it will continue to be dry. Patchy mist and fog are possible in places. Tomorrow will continue dry with plenty of winter sunshine. There will just be the odd patch of cloud moving in from the west.
