What do I do if my current purchase order does not reflect the correct cost?

For example: 

  • The days of operation have changed.  
  • A new daily rate has been agreed. 

You must get in contact with us so the matter can be looked into and resolved. Your purchase order will be re-issued to you with the updated changes. 

What happens if there is a change to the price of one of my contracts?

The purchase order will be updated by us and re-issued to you.

What should I do if there has been a reduction in the frequency of journeys required by the passenger from that stated in the schedule?

  You must adjust your invoice accordingly and also inform us immediately.   

 Before submitting an invoice, you must ensure that the number of days payment that is being claimed is correct. This can be done by checking for school closures.
