If you want to complain, or if you have a constructive suggestion for improving any bus service, please contact the relevant bus operator. If you’re not satisfied with their response, Bus Users UK can help.

We cannot pass on any complaints or requests for timetable or fare information. This must go directly to the bus company concerned which will be either:
