The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (EPR) replaced the pollution control regime set up under the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations 2000. This legislation means we now keep a register to include copies of each application for an LA-IPPC and LA-PPC process. It also states that we should provide:

  • Copies of any permit issued
  • Any amendments or variations to it
  • Any monitoring information maintained to demonstrate compliance with the permit

We keep a public register of information relating to each permitted process, to view this free of charge please make an appointment by contacting us here.
