What to do if your Blue Badge has been lost or stolen
Learn how to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged blue badge, including costs, application process, and what to do if your badge is expiring soon.
You can request a replacement for yourself or someone else. A replacement will be valid until the expiry date of the original badge.
Replacement badges cost £10.
If your badge is due to expire in less than 3 months, reapply instead.
If your badge has been stolen, and you have a police crime number, you will not need to pay for a replacement.
Damaged badges
If the Blue Badge is damaged, return it with the application so a replacement can be considered.
You could also download the replacement blue badge application form (PDF) and when complete either
- visit one of our Customer Information Centres
- post the application form and evidence to:

(Please do not bring any documents in person to County Hall)
After replacement approval
We will contact you to take payment once your replacement has been approved.
Do not send payment when sending your application.
