Trading concessions

We allow mobile traders to sell goods in some Northumberland County Council managed parking places.

This is subject to the trader obtaining a licence and a valid street trading consent.

The right to trade from these locations is awarded on a 3 year cycle by way of submitting a sealed bid for each year in the period advertised.

Trading licences expire on 31 March at the end of the 3 year period.

Available Trading Concessions are advertised on the corporate contract portal.

You need to register as a supplier before you can submit your tender.

Tenders will not be considered if there are any outstanding trading licence fees from any previous licence periods.
