- Stress Awareness Month takes place every April and aims to raise awareness of the causes of stress and ways to reduce stress the month focuses on talking about stress and its effect on our mental and physical health to help reduce stigma around stress and mental health
- Financial Wellbeing Month is a campaign to help all workplaces link and improve financial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention
- National Walking Month celebrates the health and happiness benefits of walking
- Mental Health Awareness Week occurs in May every year. The week focuses on promoting good mental health, tackling stigma and helping people understand and prioritise their and others' mental health
- National Smile Month is a campaign to raise awareness on how to achieve a healthy mouth, keeping our teeth for life and preventing other diseases
- WHO World No Tobacco Day
- Child Safety Week is the Child Accident Prevention Trust’s annual campaign to raise awareness for child safety helping families to build confidence and skills to manage safety risk whether at home or outside
- Dry January encourages people to go alcohol-free for the whole month so that they can start to see the benefits of giving up alcohol

- World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) takes place on 10 September every year the aim of this day is to raise awareness around the globe that suicide can be prevented, increase awareness of mental health and suicide prevention
- Pension Awareness Day raises awareness of all things pension related so you can plan your financial future
- Stoptober is the Department of Health and Social Care's annual stop smoking campaign, based on evidence that if a smoker makes it to 28 days smoke-free, they are five times more likely to quit for good

- Heart Month is a campaign that raises awareness of a variety of health conditions directly related to cardiovascular disease and promotes healthy living measures such as diet and exercise that can lower risks
- Time To Talk Day takes place at the beginning of February every year. Time to Talk Day is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with the Co-op it is about helping people and communities to come together to start a conversation about mental health
- Children's Mental Health Week is organised by the Place2Be charity. The week focuses on raising awareness of children's mental health and resources to support children and young people with their mental health in the UK
- No Smoking Day is an annual health awareness day in the United Kingdom which is intended to help smokers who want to quit smoking
- U = U focuses on education and positive key messages in relation to current HIV treatment and prevention medications available raising awareness of PrEP, PEP and ‘Undetectable = Untransmittable’
- World Breastfeeding Week aims to raise awareness of the health and wellbeing outcomes of breastfeeding this year, the campaign will show the importance of prioritising breastfeeding by building robust and sustainable support systems a supportive environment for breastfeeding not only benefits families but also significantly reduces the environmental impact associated with artificial feeding
