The cost of a road closure, which must be paid by the applicant, is currently £1500. The minimum notice period for road closures is 12 weeks. It is also the applicant’s responsibility to organise and pay for the required traffic management” - can the highlighted sections be in bold based on previous experience.
Emergency closures are at a cost of £600.
A request for a temporary traffic regulation order should be submitted to the Northumberland County Council Streetworks team using the documentation below.
