Some DIY waste is chargeable, find out about our charges here.
You may need a permit if you are coming in a large vehicle and if you are bringing DIY waste.
DIY waste is also now free up to 100 litres. This is roughly:
- 2 builders' rubble sacks equal to 50 litres each
- 2 builders' tubs
- 6 builders' buckets
- 1 item no larger than 2000mm x 750mm x 700mm
Pay as you Throw charges
Any waste over the permit limit is charged by size. For a bag or sheet or equivalent, the charge is £2.75. For fully loaded vehicles the charges are by vehicle size.

Trailer longer than 5ft | £55, plus £11 per foot over 5ft |
