We will collect your bulky waste between 7am and 5pm on your chosen collection day. Have items on the kerbside ready for collection.
Your collection could take place any time between these times.
Extra items
Any additional items you have after making an original booking will have to be treated as a new booking and may need to be collected on a different day.
Cancel my collection
Have your booking reference number handy.
You must inform us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your collection. If you're eligible for a refund, we will issue this via cheque.
